Karpathos
Karpathos is marked by the peculiar Karpathian houses, built of carved stone, full of embroidery and characteristic interior decorations. From Pigadia you may visit Kyra Panagia, a picturesque bay with a marvelous beach and a monastery of the same name. A little further, on the northern promontory of Karpathos, lies the Diafani village; on the nearby little island of Saria we see Palatia, with ruins of the ancient city of Nisyros.
Beypazari
Beypazarı is a historic town in Ankara Province, Turkey, situated on the edge of the Central Anatolian plateau. It is recognized for its well-preserved Ottoman-era houses, narrow streets, and strong connection to traditional crafts. The town serves as both a residential center and a cultural destination, where restored buildings now function as museums, guesthouses, and workshops.
Xi'an
Xi’an, located in central China’s Shaanxi Province, served as the starting point of the ancient Silk Road and was the capital of 13 imperial dynasties. Its long history is most famously represented by the Terracotta Army, an underground army of life-sized warriors discovered in 1974. Each figure has distinct facial features, hairstyles, and armor, designed to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the afterlife.
Franz Josef Glacier
Accessible glacier located on New Zealand's South Island. Visitors can take guided hikes of Franz Jose to view its tunnels, crevasses and caves.
Barnes Bay
