Valence is a city in southeastern France and the capital of the Drôme department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It stands on the eastern bank of the Rhône River, between Lyon and Avignon, with the foothills of the Alps rising to the east.

Located just to the north of Lyon, Beaujolais is mainly known for it's winemaking. Beaujolais is written with an 's' because there are 12 of them. Beaujolais Nouveau is the most famous ambassador of the Beaujolais region. But it is simply one of an entire range. The different Beaujolais wines are produced by more than 4 000 vine-growers.

Peso da Régua, often called the gateway to Portugal's Douro Valley, sits along the banks of the Douro River and is surrounded by steep, terraced vineyards. The town has long been central to the production of the world-famous Port wine, and visitors can explore the rolling hills covered with neatly arranged grapevines that climb dramatically from the river’s edge. The town itself offers a quiet riverside charm, with narrow streets, historic buildings, and scenic viewpoints.

Arikok National Park, covering nearly 20% of Aruba, is a striking showcase of the island’s rugged landscapes, cultural history, and biodiversity. Unlike the postcard image of Aruba’s white-sand beaches, Arikok reveals a wilder side, with windswept hills, desert-like terrain, and dramatic limestone cliffs meeting the sea.
