Bonifacio is located at the southernmost tip of the island of Corsica. The town towers above the "Bouches de Bonifacio" the strait between Corsica and Sardinia, above islands and reefs. Bonifacio has survived a unique history, founded in 833, and somehow has defied time and events.

Mali, located in West Africa, is a country with deep cultural roots and a history that stretches back to some of the most powerful empires in Africa.

Lake Maggiore, straddling the border of northern Italy and southern Switzerland, is the second-largest lake in Italy and one of the most scenically diverse. Surrounded by Alpine peaks and dotted with elegant towns, the lake has attracted visitors for centuries, including literary figures like Stendhal and Ernest Hemingway. The western shore is home to the Borromean Islands, a group of three small islands known for palaces, terraced gardens, and white peacocks that roam freely across the lawns.

Khao Yai National Park is one of the most interesting and oldest park in Thailand. It is northeast of the central plain of Thailand, on the rim of the Korat Plateau. There are many species of plants and animals. Large animals such as wild elephants and tigers prowl the jungles freely. More than 800 species of orchids grow there and over 200 species of day moths have been catalogued.

The largest tourist town in the Lake District feels like a resort. One of the sights is the Windermere Steamboat Museum, probably the finest steamboat collection in the world.
