Located in the south of Tanzania, the Selous Game Reserve is one of the largest. Thanks to the undisturbed wilderness and diverse wildlife, it was named a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1982.

Spitzkoppe, often referred to as the "Matterhorn of Namibia," is a stunning granite peak rising majestically from the desert floor, offering some of the most dramatic landscapes in the country. Located between Usakos and Swakopmund, this isolated mountain range, with its highest point standing at 1,728 meters, is a paradise for hikers, climbers, and nature lovers. The area is also rich in ancient San rock art, providing visitors with a glimpse into Namibia's prehistoric past.

Freudenberg is a small medieval town in Germany. The "Alter Flecken" is Freudenberg's downtown area, built wholly of half-timbered houses that give the town a fairytale appearance. An open-air stage with roofed grandstand, the town museum housing a 1904 steam engine, and annual Oktoberfest celebrations are the town's most popular attractions.

From the Caribbean Sea on one side to the Pacific Ocean on the other, Central America is home to lush rainforests, volcanic peaks, and vibrant coastal towns.

An island in the Iisselmeer until 1957 when it was linked to the mainland by a dike. Its unique houses are painted deep green and built on stilts to protect them against the raging sea.
