Cape Peninsula is the mountainous, coastal region extending south from Cape Town into the Atlantic Ocean and False Bay. Its landscape combines Table Mountain, rocky headlands, sandy beaches, forests, and open fynbos-covered slopes. Table Mountain National Park runs along much of the peninsula, protecting the mountain chain and coastline from Signal Hill to Cape Point.

Located off the southern coast of Chile, Cape Horn is a coastal headland on Isla Hornos, the southernmost island in the Tierra del Fuego archipelago. The Cape Horn Monument provides a spectacular panoramic view of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. This rocky cliffside is a popular stop for Antarctic and South American cruises.

Located off the coast of Ecuador, Floreana Island is one of the Galápagos Islands and a popular stop for gazing at a variety of wildlife, including Galápagos tortoises and flamingoes. Post Office Bay is home to the island chain's first post office site, originally established by visiting whalers in the 18th century. Though one of the smallest islands in the Galápagos, Floreana is well worth the trip!
