South Luangwa National Park in eastern Zambia is one of Africa’s most treasured wildlife areas, lying along the lush bends of the Luangwa River. Designated as a protected area in the 1970s, it stands out for its consistently high wildlife densities and landscapes that shift with the seasons. Dry grasslands, shaded woodlands, and green floodplains all unfold beneath wide skies, shaping the canvas for memorable animal sightings.

Located south of San Francisco, California, this area is known as the "Silicon Valley" because of the concentration of computer companies. It is also home to Great American amusement park.

Capestang sits beside the Canal du Midi, surrounded by vineyards and marked by the soaring Collégiale Saint-Étienne. Its medieval heritage, canal port and nearby Étang de Capestang give the village a strong identity rooted in water, wine and local history.

A lesser-known river port in the Mekong Delta, Sa Dec was once the capital of Dong Thap province of southern Vietnam. Today, it is best known for its flower gardens and authentic bustling market. The city is also famous as the setting for French writer Marguerite Duras' 1984 novel, The Lover, and its 1991 film adaptation of the same name.

Horton Plains National Park is a high-altitude protected area in Sri Lanka’s central highlands, covering a landscape of grasslands, cloud forest, marshes, and rocky slopes. Located near Nuwara Eliya, the park sits at elevations above 2,000 metres, giving it a cool and often misty climate. Its open plateaus contrast with dense patches of montane forest, while streams and small waterfalls drain the high ground.
