Aberdare National Park is a 311 square mile sanctuary on an isolated volcanic massif which forms part of the eastern wall of the Rift Valley. Part of the larger forest reserve, the Aberdares are covered with a dense rainforest and provide spectacular views over the Rift Valley. Bird life is abundant with more than 200 species.

Nyeri is a town in central Kenya, set in the fertile highlands between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Range. Its elevated location supports tea, coffee, dairy farming, and other forms of agriculture, while the surrounding landscape includes cultivated hills, forested slopes, and open farmland. Nyeri serves as the administrative centre of Nyeri County and is an important commercial hub for the central highlands.

Originally known as Albatross Island, West Point Island boats some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the Falklands as well as numerous species of plants, birds and marine mammals.

Pigeon Key is a small historic island in the Middle Keys, located just offshore from Marathon beneath the Old Seven Mile Bridge. The island occupies only a few acres, yet its position within the Florida Keys gives it an unusual combination of maritime history and tropical surroundings. Today, Pigeon Key is preserved as a historic and educational site, with restored buildings, a small museum, and facilities for marine science programs.

Sacramento is the capital of California, located where the Sacramento and American rivers meet in the northern Central Valley.
