Tombstone Territorial Park is a protected wilderness area in central Yukon, north of Dawson City along the Dempster Highway. The park covers a large section of the North Klondike River region, where rugged mountains, broad valleys, tundra, and black spruce forests create a landscape unlike the lower-elevation country farther south.

It forms part of the Columbia Icefield, a vast area of ice and snow that feeds several major river systems. The glacier extends down from the icefield between rugged mountain peaks, with its lower section visible from a marked viewpoint and trail.

Malolotja Nature Reserve, often referred to as Malolotja National Park, lies in the northwestern highlands of Eswatini, close to the South African border. Covering more than 18,000 hectares, it protects one of the country’s largest areas of mountain wilderness, with rolling grasslands, deep valleys, wetlands, woodland, and mistbelt forest.

Located west of Paris, it is famous for its race track and the annual 24 hour Grand Pris auto race.
