Dana Point is a coastal city in Southern California, situated along the Pacific Ocean between Los Angeles and San Diego. The city is built around a prominent headland and natural harbor, with steep coastal bluffs overlooking beaches and sheltered waters. Dana Point Harbor forms the center of much of the community’s maritime activity, while nearby parks and coastal trails provide access to ocean views.

Lake Ohrid, a natural tectonic lake in the south-west corner of Macedonia, is the oldest lake in Europe and one of the oldest lakes in the world. Formed tectonically between four and ten million years ago, the lake is situated in limestone bedrock. Nestled amid mountains at an altitude of 2290 feet, the lake offers striking vistas of the surrounding beach and hills.

One of the "Out Islands" of the Bahamas, Long Island lies at the eastern reaches of the more than 700 islands and cays that make up thisspectacular archipelago. Located on the Tropic of Cancer, approximately 160 miles southeast of Nassau (a one hour flight), it covers nearly 230 square miles and is 70 miles long by five miles at its widest point.

The largest tourist town in the Lake District feels like a resort. One of the sights is the Windermere Steamboat Museum, probably the finest steamboat collection in the world.

Our mountains are high with lush forest and pristine alpine lakes hidden from the too casual viewer. Wildlife abound along the rippling streams that feed the wild waters of the Wenatchee River, finally merging with the mighty Columbia. King salmon fighting to return to their birthplace can be viewed from the Rocky Reach Dam. Nature is at its unspoiled best
