Dakhla is a coastal city in Morocco’s far southwest, situated on a narrow peninsula that extends into a large Atlantic lagoon. Its setting creates a striking contrast between the dry desert landscape inland and the sheltered blue waters along the coast. Dakhla is an important regional centre for fishing, commerce, and transport, while its lagoon has made the city increasingly known for water sports.

Lansing is the capital of Michigan, located in the south-central part of the Lower Peninsula along the Grand River. The city serves as the center of Michigan state government and has a long connection to manufacturing, education, and transportation. Together with neighboring Glacier National Park in the United States, Waterton Lakes National Park is part of the world's first international Peace Park, which was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1955. The Waterton-Glacier Peace Park protects an important biological crossroads where the Rocky Mountains reach their narrowest width. Waterton's bedrock is much older than that of the mountains to the north found in Jasper and Banff.

Jerash is reached by a short drive (29 miles, 47km) north of Amman and is an ancient Graeco-Roman city, once known as Gerasa. It has been dubbed the 'Pompeii of the East', because of its extraordinary state of preservation. Jerash is a vast city, which flourished in the centuries immediately preceding and following the Christian era.
