Udawalawe National Park, located in southern Sri Lanka, is one of the country’s best places to see wild elephants in their natural environment. Established in 1972, the park protects an important watershed area around the Udawalawe Reservoir and provides a sanctuary for hundreds of elephants, which can often be seen roaming in herds across the open grasslands.

Wick’s location at the mouth of the River Wick provides a dramatic coastal setting, with cliffs, sandy beaches, and the North Sea stretching into the horizon.

Amsterdam, the 17th century capital of Holland, is often called the "Venice of the North" due to its numerous, boat-navigable canals. Truly rich in history, the oldest part of this populous, multicultural city is Sloten, which dates all the way back to the 9th century.

Just outside of Tucson lies Saguaro National Park, which is home to hundreds of saguaro cacti, the iconic symbol of the old West. The star of the park, of course, are the cacti themselves, and there are few more beautiful sights than seeing them silhouetted against the beauty of a magnificent desert sunset.

Indianapolis, known as the Crossroads of America, is more than just a hub for interstates and conventions, it’s a city where speed, sports, and creativity intersect. At the center of it all is Monument Circle, a grand civic plaza anchored by the Soldiers and Sailors Monument, which visitors can climb for panoramic views of the skyline. Just a few blocks away is the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the largest sporting venue in the world by capacity.
