Elbow Beach is a long, gently curving stretch of pale pink sand on Bermuda’s South Shore in Paget Parish, close to Hamilton. The beach takes its name from its distinctive bend, which resembles an elbow when viewed from the water. Protective coral reefs offshore help create relatively calm conditions, making the beach suitable for swimming and body surfing.

Set along the Seine, Caudebec-en-Caux is notable for its dramatic Notre-Dame church and Maison des Templier (The Templars' House).

Rathlin Island is Northern Ireland’s only inhabited offshore island, lying about six miles from the County Antrim coast across the Sea of Moyle. Its small community is centered around a harbor on the southern side, while much of the island consists of farmland, open hills, rocky shorelines, and sea cliffs. Poʻipū Beach Park is the main public gathering place, with several connected sandy areas and shallow water that can be suitable for swimming when ocean conditions allow.
