The 300 square mile Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve is reached by taking the Georgeville turnoff at mile 65 of the Western Highway. After going through miles of tropical jungle you will be in a forest of tall pines growing amongst wildflowers and grasses. The area has whitewater rivers, waterfalls and cave systems.

Panna National Park lies in the Vindhya Hills of Madhya Pradesh in central India, extending across the Panna and Chhatarpur districts. The Ken River runs through a landscape of dry deciduous forest, open grassland, rocky plateaus and deep gorges.

Stretching across central Oman, the Wahiba Sands offer a dramatic desert landscape of rolling dunes that shift in color with the changing light. This vast sea of sand is home to towering ridges and open plains, creating an otherworldly backdrop for exploration.

Verona is situated at a bend of the Adige River in northern Italy. It is hard to imagine that antique arts, monuments that date back to Roman times, and the shadows of the world's most famous tragic lovers can add up to a smiling, buzzing city. Yet they do, thanks perhaps to Verona's talent for melding her past and her present, her ancient and new so gracefully that everything blends in easy harmony.

The bay’s environment supports a variety of Antarctic wildlife. Gentoo penguins breed around the shoreline, while skuas and other seabirds can be seen near the colony. Weddell seals and Antarctic fur seals may also occur in the area, particularly around beaches and sea ice. Mount Flora and the surrounding slopes provide a striking backdrop, with exposed rock contrasting against snowfields and glaciers.
