The Virgin Islands, an archipelago in the northeastern Caribbean, are divided between the United States and the United Kingdom, each offering a distinct flavor while sharing the same breathtaking landscapes. Located in northern Washington State, near the Canadian Border, Bellingham is the southern port for the Alaska Marine Highway System. Area attractions inlcude the San Juan Islands, winter skiing and the popular resort of Semi-Ah-Moo.

Town walls encapsulate this city, making for fantastic viewpoints all around. Visitors can also walk across the Pont de les Peixateries Velles bridge, designed by Gustave Eiffel.
