Örebro today is the eighth largest city in Sweden, with about 119,000 inhabitants. The city is no longer dominated by any particular industry or trade, and now has a many-facetted economy. Industry is directed towards metal goods, machines, foods and graphic products. The former shoe town has become a prominent center for education.

Canmore is a mountain town in Alberta’s Bow Valley, surrounded by the peaks of the Canadian Rockies and located just outside Banff National Park. The town sits beside the Bow River, with the Three Sisters, Ha Ling Peak, and Mount Lawrence Grassi forming prominent landmarks around the valley. Canmore developed from a coal-mining and railway community into a center for outdoor recreation, arts, and local business.

Kununurra is known by the local Miriwoong people as 'Gananoorrang', and is situated in the far north eastern corner of Western Australia just a short distance from the Northern Territory border. Kununurra is centred around the Ord River, with several lakes at lagoons surrounding the town itself. There is a fabulous lookout from the town at Kelly's Knob, giving views all around the area.
