The 300 square mile Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve is reached by taking the Georgeville turnoff at mile 65 of the Western Highway. After going through miles of tropical jungle you will be in a forest of tall pines growing amongst wildflowers and grasses. The area has whitewater rivers, waterfalls and cave systems.

Mesa Verde National Park, nestled in the southwestern corner of Colorado, offers an extraordinary journey into the ancient past of the Ancestral Puebloans. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its remarkably well-preserved cliff dwellings, built into the sheer rock faces of the canyon walls.

Originating as a tiny fishing village in 1038, modern Kehl has become an important link between Germany and France. Rhine River cruises most often use Kehl as their gateway to the much larger and better-known Strasbourg.
