Elbow Beach
Elbow Beach is a long, gently curving stretch of pale pink sand on Bermuda’s South Shore in Paget Parish, close to Hamilton. The beach takes its name from its distinctive bend, which resembles an elbow when viewed from the water. Protective coral reefs offshore help create relatively calm conditions, making the beach suitable for swimming and body surfing.
Madinah
Madinah, officially Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, is a city in western Saudi Arabia with a central place in Islamic history and religious life. Morne Rouge Bay
Morne Rouge Bay is a sheltered beach on Grenada’s southwestern coast, just south of Grand Anse and near the community of Morne Rouge. The bay curves around a small, protected stretch of pale sand, with calm Caribbean water and green hills surrounding the shoreline. Its sheltered position generally produces gentler conditions than Grenada’s more exposed Atlantic coast, making the bay suitable for swimming and paddling.
Belize Barrier Reef
The Belize Barrier Reef is a long coral reef system along the Caribbean coast of Belize, forming part of the larger Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System. It extends for much of the country’s coastline and includes hundreds of cayes, mangrove islands, lagoons, seagrass beds, and offshore reef formations. The reef lies close to several coastal communities, including San Pedro, Placencia, and Dangriga, providing an important setting for fishing, tourism, and marine research.
