Katmai National Park
Katmai National Park and Preserve lies along Alaska’s remote Pacific coast, shaped by volcanism, glaciers, and deep time. The area gained prominence after the 1912 Novarupta eruption, one of the largest volcanic events of the 20th century, which transformed the landscape and led to the creation of the Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes.

Paracas

Just three hours from Lima, it’s the gateway to the Paracas National Reserve, one of the country’s most important protected areas. This reserve includes both land and sea, making it home to dramatic cliffs, wind-carved rock formations, and waters where dolphins, sea lions, and Humboldt penguins are frequently seen.
Aci Trezza
Aci Trezza is a small fishing village on Sicily’s eastern coast, just north of Catania, overlooking the Ionian Sea along the Riviera dei Ciclopi. Its waterfront is defined by dark basalt rocks, small fishing boats, and the Faraglioni dei Ciclopi, a group of sea stacks rising offshore. The rocks were formed by ancient volcanic activity connected with the geological history of Mount Etna.
