Golfito is a small port town on Costa Rica's southern Pacific coast, set along a narrow bay on the Golfo Dulce in Puntarenas Province. Steep, forested hills rise immediately behind the town, while the bay provides sheltered waters for boats and fishing activity.

Though it's San Diego County's smallest city in both size and population, Del Mar is one of its most widely known due to prominence of its Del Mar Race Track & Fairgrounds. The City of Del Mar with about 2 square miles of land for its 5,211 residents, the city gives up almost one quarter to the fairgrounds. But its beaches stretch from Del Mar Shores Beach Park in the north edge of Torrey Pine State Reserve and the La Jolla Underwater Park in the south.

Santa Ana is a major city in western El Salvador, known for its historic center, grand public buildings, and location near several of the country's volcanic and lake landscapes. The city developed around Parque Libertad, where the distinctive Cathedral of Santa Ana stands alongside the Municipal Palace and National Theater.

Ulleri is a small village in Nepal, located in the Annapurna region along the popular trekking route to Ghorepani and Poon Hill. It has traditionally served as a resting point for trekkers and local traders, with stone-paved streets and terraced fields reflecting centuries of Himalayan agricultural life.
