Spello sits high on the slopes of Mount Subasio in the heart of Umbria, where visitors step into a place shaped by centuries of history. Each year, Spello’s streets become a living canvas during the Infiorate di Spello, a long-standing celebration tied to Corpus Christi. Residents work through the night before the feast to lay flower petals along the town’s main thoroughfares, creating patterns and images that stretch for over a mile.
Hellesylt, a small village on Norway’s western coast, sits at the entrance to the famous Geirangerfjord and offers scenery that feels almost otherworldly. Steep mountains rise sharply on all sides, their slopes cut by ribbons of waterfalls that plunge into deep blue water. One of the most striking sights is the Hellesylt Waterfall, which thunders past the heart of the village and can be admired from several pedestrian bridges.

The city of Kelheim is located along the Danube River in the Bavarian region of Germany, southwest of Regensburg.
Historically, Kelheim would gladly have been the Bavarian country capital. Yet the murder of the Wittelsbacher duke, Ludwig I, in 1231 moved its successors to transfer the capital to Munich. As Kelheim did not flourish into the country's center of commerce, the picturesque city of the fated duke remained.
The reinforcements of the 13th century are still visible: the reinforcement walls, all three gate towers and some sections of the moat. Also, both main streets still reflect the life of a manorial city.
