Kananaskis
Kananaskis, located in the foothills and front ranges of the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, is a vast region celebrated for its rugged mountains, alpine lakes, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Unlike nearby Banff or Jasper, Kananaskis is less developed and offers a quieter, more wilderness-focused experience while still being easily accessible from Calgary.
Funafuti Atoll
Funafuti Atoll, the capital of Tuvalu, is a narrow strip of land wrapped around a brilliant turquoise lagoon that stretches over 20 kilometers across. Despite being just 600 meters at its widest point, Funafuti is the heartbeat of the country, where government buildings, homes, schools, and the island’s only airport all coexist along sandy roads lined with coconut trees.
Gran Canaria

Located at the foothills of the Chamundi Hills, it is best known for its palaces, wide boulevards, and colorful festivals. Once the seat of the Wadiyar dynasty, Mysore still carries an unmistakable royal influence that can be seen in its architecture, markets, and cultural celebrations.
Dambulla
Dambulla, situated in the Central Province of Sri Lanka, is best known for its rock temple complex that has been in use for over two thousand years. The Dambulla Cave Temple, also called the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is made up of five caves carved into a granite outcrop, filled with over 150 Buddha statues and intricate wall paintings. These caves were first used by King Valagamba in the 1st century BCE as a refuge during exile, and later transformed into a sacred site.
