Roatán
Roatan is the largest of the eight islands known collectively as Las Islas de la Bahia. Brilliant clear blue waters and palm fringed beaches are cooled by gentle trade winds. An extensive reef system offers the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the Western hemisphere, while inland nature reserves give an up-close look at native wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and parrots.
Akhaltsikhe
Akhaltsikhe is a regional center in southern Georgia's Samtskhe-Javakheti region, situated in a broad valley along the Potskhovi River. The city is best known for Rabati, its hilltop fortress complex, but its identity extends into an older quarter of stone houses, religious buildings, and traditional streets. The name Akhaltsikhe means “new fortress,” reflecting the city's long association with its fortified center.
Lhasa
One of the world's highest plateaus (approximately 12,000 ft. above sea level). Home to the Potala Palace, former living quarters of the Dalai Lama. Visit one of Tibet's holiest shrines, the revered 7th century Jokhang Temple, where pilgrims come to prostrate themselves before the statue of the Sakyamuni Buddha, lavishly enthroned in silver and gold.
Colón
Colón is a Caribbean port city on Panama’s northern coast, positioned near the Atlantic entrance to the Panama Canal. Its waterfront setting, tropical climate, and access to the canal, Caribbean beaches, and surrounding rainforest give it a distinctive role within Panama’s geography. The city is closely connected to the canal’s commercial activity and serves as an important gateway to destinations in Colón Province.
Amboise
