Skadar Lake National Park
Skadar Lake National Park protects the Montenegrin side of Lake Skadar, the largest lake in the Balkans, near the country's southern border with Albania. The lake expands and contracts with seasonal water levels, creating a landscape of marshes, reed beds, open water, rocky shores, and low hills. The park is especially important for wetland wildlife and contains a rich variety of fish, plants, and birds.
Syros
Syros, the capital of the Cyclades, stands apart from its island neighbors with its blend of neoclassical architecture, Orthodox and Catholic traditions, and year-round local life. Ermoupoli, the main town, was once a thriving 19th-century port and still displays its legacy through grand mansions, marble-paved squares, and the imposing Apollo Theater which was designed by an Italian architect and often referred to as a miniature La Scala.

Arimba is a coastal village in Cabo Delgado Province in northern Mozambique, situated along the mainland shore near the Quirimbas Archipelago. Its setting combines sandy coastline, coral-rich waters, coconut palms, and low coastal vegetation. The village has traditionally been connected to fishing and small-scale coastal trade, while its position near the Quirimbas has linked it with maritime routes serving communities along northern Mozambique.
