Namib-Naukluft National Park
Namib-Naukluft National Park is Namibia’s largest protected area, covering a vast stretch of desert from the central plateau toward the Atlantic coast. Its landscape includes rolling gravel plains, isolated rocky mountains, dry river valleys, and some of the country’s most recognizable sand dunes. The park contains the Namib Sand Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage property known for extensive dune fields shaped by wind and coastal fog.

Uhuru Peak
Uhuru Peak is the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania, reaching 5,895 metres above sea level. It stands on Kibo, the mountain’s highest volcanic cone, and forms the summit of the highest free-standing mountain in the world. The route to the peak passes through several distinct ecological zones, beginning with cultivated land and montane forest before reaching moorland, alpine desert, and the high-altitude summit zone.
Uluru National Park
Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, national park in the Northern Territory, Australia, in the arid center of the continent, southwest of Alice Springs. The area was established as Ayers Rock/Mount Olga National Park in 1958 and renamed Uluru National Park in 1977.
